How do characters change in novels?

Physical Changes:

1. Appearance
2. Eating habits
3. Sleeping habits
4. Exercising habits

Emotional Changes:

1. Sense of achievement and self-esteem from learning new knowledge, skills or attitudes
2. Sense of belonging from changes in friendships and family situations
3. Sense of freedom from realization of choices in life
4. Sense of fun from seeing a situation from a different perspective

Moral Changes: (here are a few examples)

1. calmness

5. forgiveness

8. integrity
9. loyalty
